Wine Country has been good to me! As a Realtor for John L. Scott, I enjoy working with people, helping them make important decisions about buying and selling homes and property. Today’s search engines are so powerful that sellers can show potential homes and properties to a huge audience of motivated buyers complete with descriptions, pictures and virtual tours. Buyers can view dozens of homes as well as information about mortgages, the community, and schools with just a few clicks of the mouse, and be notified immediately of any property which fits their criteria when it enters the market. To keep abreast of the market, I currently monitor five different search engines including the local for sale by owner site as well as visit several homes and properties each week.
