Wine Country. We know that many visitors to Washington’s
beautiful wine country think of relocating here! One of the
things that people who are taking “look-see” trips
do when they come on a real estate scouting trip for a second
homes or retirement home in Wine Country is to visit the wineries
or take a wine tour. Once these visitors see how beautiful and
affordable it is to live in Washington’s Wine Country,
and the wonderful sunny climate, they may be interested in relocating,
purchasing a second home or planning on retirement in wine country.

Wine Country has been good to me! As a Realtor
for John L. Scott, I enjoy working with people, helping them
make important decisions about buying and selling homes and
property. I know that it is my responsibility to be knowledgeable
about the market, financing options, negotiating, and completing
the transaction. The internet has changed the way people buy
and sell homes and property. Today’s search engines are
so powerful that sellers can show potential homes and properties
to a huge audience of motivated buyers complete with descriptions,
pictures and virtual tours. Buyers can view dozens of homes
as well as information about mortgages, the community, and schools
with just a few clicks of the mouse, and be notified immediately
of any property which fits their criteria when it enters the
market. To keep abreast of the market, I currently monitor five
different search engines including the local for sale by owner
site as well as visit several homes and properties each week.
One of the key reasons I joined John L. Scott was for their
commitment to technology and their search engine which I feel
